Classroom & Practical
Training combines structured classroom instruction with hands-on practical exercises — ensuring guards understand the theory and can apply it in real situations.
Assessed & Certified
Every trainee is assessed at the end of each module. Guards must meet our minimum standard before receiving their deployment certification.
Ongoing Refresher Training
Training doesn't stop at deployment. All guards complete regular refresher sessions to maintain standards and stay current with procedures.
