Open Positions
Security Guard
Provide professional security services at client sites across Ethiopia. Responsibilities include access control, patrol, incident reporting, and emergency response.
Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years
- Physical fitness and good health
- Ability to work shifts including nights and weekends
- Good communication skills
- No criminal record
- Completion of our in-house training program (provided)
Preferred
- Prior security or military experience
- First aid certification
- Valid driving licence
Security Supervisor
Lead and supervise a team of security guards at one or more client sites. Responsible for daily operations, shift management, incident reporting, and client liaison.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years security experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to prepare incident and shift reports
- No criminal record
- Physical fitness
Preferred
- Prior supervisory experience in security or military
- First aid certification
- Valid driving licence
CCTV Operator
Monitor CCTV systems and electronic security equipment, identify and report incidents, and coordinate with on-site security teams and management.
Requirements
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work shifts including nights
- Attention to detail and concentration
- Good communication skills
- No criminal record

- Prior CCTV or surveillance experience
- Technical knowledge of security systems

VIP Protection Officer
Provide close protection services for high-profile clients, executives, and dignitaries. Conduct advance assessments, manage secure transportation, and maintain professional discretion at all times.

- Minimum 3 years security or military experience
- Close protection training or certification
- Excellent physical fitness
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Valid driving licence
- No criminal record
Preferred
- Prior VIP or executive protection experience
- First aid or medical training
